Missing Vehicles or Crew in Mobilis

If a known working vehicle or crew member is not showing up in Mobilis:

Open Mobilis
Tap the "... More" option in the bottom right corner
Tap on ReSync with CAD:

If your vehicle or crew still does not show after rebooting the phone, a support ticket will need to be opened with VLI Tech. Pro EMS can open the request for troubleshooting.
