Missing Vehicles or Crew in Mobilis

If a known working vehicle or crew member is not showing up in Mobilis:

  1. Open Mobilis
  2. Tap the "... More" option in the bottom right corner
  3. Tap on ReSync with CAD:


If your vehicle or crew still does not show after rebooting the phone, a support ticket will need to be opened with VLI Tech. Pro EMS can open the request for troubleshooting.
