Stroke Scale Errors

Problem

When I try to complete a PCR, I get the following error:

Stroke Scale Score Value(itVitals.055) Required When Stroke Scale Type (eVitals.30) is not blank

Solution

There are multiple potential solutions for this error message.

Stroke Scale must be completed in Vitals section of Tablet PCR and not the Interventions section.
There are 7 mandatory fields for each Vital Signs entry (highlighted below):
There is a special Tablet PCR update package that is a mandatory pre-requisite for Stroke Scale values to work correctly. You can save your PCR to the server and check it out on another laptop for testing. IT can re-apply that update if the computer being used doesn't have it.
