Rescuenet Reporting Error - "An error has occured while running a report"

Problem

Rescuenet Reporting throws the following error when trying to run a report:

Solution

This error occurs because Rescuenet Reporting cannot find the default printer and therefore cannot render the print job for the print preview.

To fix this error, update your default printer:

Click the search bar icon at the bottom of the screen and type "printer" into the search box. Select "Printers & Scanners" in the menu.
Uncheck the "Let Windows manage my default printer" option if it is turned on:
Find a printer in the menu to utilize. If you're unsure which to select, look for "Microsoft Print to PDF" and click Manage:
Click on the "Set as default" button:
Your Rescuenet Reporting Print Preview should now work.
