Calls not Showing in Tablet PCR
There are multiple potential reasons why a call will not show in a crew's PCR inbox: If on a Microsoft Surface device, it must have at least 10% available battery for full internet connectivity. Tablet PCR needs to show a green + icon: This indicates the device has internet access and is able to communicate with the PCR Server. There is a vehicle or crew discrepancy between what Dispatch has assigned and what the crew has selected inside Tablet PCR. Crews should coordinate with Dispatch to ensure calls are accurately dispatched to the correct vehicle and crew. For Example: Dispatch assigns a call to A56 in CAD and the crew is logged into A60 as the vehicle inside Tablet PCR. The crew will not see the call because the vehicle information does not match. How to update Crew and Vehicle inside Tablet PCR If Dispatch has the correct information, you'll want to change crew info: Navigate to Current Crew inside Tablet PCR Choose to "Edit" if already logged in Change Crew Members and/or Vehicle as necessary: Any Dispatched PCRs should show in your inbox within a few minutes.

Unable to Complete Call in Tablet PCR
There are numerous potential reasons why a crew may be unable to complete a call in Tablet PCR. Problems with a Closed Call Rule or State Rule It is possible that a PCR requires manual intervention from Pro EMS to complete. If you are unable to complete a PCR, we only require 2 things to investigate: The Run Number(s) of any PCR(s) that you are unable to complete. Upload the incomplete PCR to the server for support to troubleshoot. Additional Reasons for Being Unable to Complete Calls Validation Required on Manually Created PCRs A PCR that is not created by Dispatch will need to be merged with a dispatched copy. It is not possible to complete a manually created PCR. Internet Connectivity The device in question needs a stable internet connection in order to communicate with the Tablet PCR Server. You can test internet by opening a web browser and navigating to a website like yahoo.com or msn.com. Tablet PCR Connectivity Tablet PCR needs to show a green + icon next to the globe symbol: This indicates the computer is able to talk to the PCR Server. A given crew can only be logged into one instance of Tablet PCR. If you are logged into multiple Tablet PCR sessions, you will need to first log out of Tablet PCR elsewhere. Pending PCR Updates Tablet PCR is frequently being updated behind the scenes with additional crew members, and new closed call rules. It is important that computers be regularly turned on and connected to internet in order to receive these updates. Symptoms of PCR Update backlog Missing Crew Members: A crew member may show on another computer but not on the computer they are attempting to log into. NEMSIS & Submission Errors: A computer may be missing PCR ruleset updates resulting in being unable to complete a call.

Stroke Scale Errors
Problem When I try to complete a PCR, I get the following error: Stroke Scale Score Value(itVitals.055) Required When Stroke Scale Type (eVitals.30) is not blank Solution There are multiple potential solutions for this error message. Stroke Scale must be completed in Vitals section of Tablet PCR and not the Interventions section. There are 7 mandatory fields for each Vital Signs entry (highlighted below): There is a special Tablet PCR update package that is a mandatory pre-requisite for Stroke Scale values to work correctly. You can save your PCR to the server and check it out on another laptop for testing. IT can re-apply that update if the computer being used doesn't have it.
